Today is the World No-Tobacco Day. Interrelated, it reminds me the importance of healthy body for men. Everybody desires magnificent life. Good vitality and good well-being are the answer. Only we are bodily and mentally healthy, can we make vigorous, terrific and free life. If you ask those who have lost their health, they would tell you that health is the true wealth of men.
There is an old saying that healthy mind goes with healthy body. In most cases, if a man does not have a healthy body, he probably holds gloomy and passive attitudes towards life. On the contrary, the outlook of a healthy man is happy as well. Healthy body is so important that it can affect people’s quality of life. For instance, if a student has healthy body, he will have good memory and quick thinking. If elders have healthy bodies, they will enjoy their life better.
We really need to do something to get good quality of life. There are some ways to get started with. The first is nutritious food. In our daily life, we should eat food with abundant nutritional value.
Second, fresh air is another necessary condition for healthy body. Those people who have activities in the open air enjoy decent healthy life for the most part. In addition, exercise is an inseparable part in creating a sound and fit life. Good night sleep and rest contribute greatly to a healthy body.
Of course, there are some acknowledged habits that are harmful for healthy body. We had better protect ourselves away from them. For example, smoking and irregular habits are most likely to affect digestive system and spoil health. It’s high time to lead a smart and healthy lifestyle.
