Everybody cares about his hands ever day. How about the feet? Summer means feet are exposed most time. And whether they walk in sandals, on the beach or in the pool, which means they are in bare feet. Most possibly, they expose their feet to dangers such as swell, itch or just ugly-looking. So how do they keep the feet in healthy condition?
According to podiatrist, feet healthy are much more important in summer. Keeping feet clean is far to be enough. Some people ignore their feet and expose them to many infections, which results in unhealthy and unsightly feet. Then they must to hide them in the rest of summer times. For example, those women wearing socks in sandals are losers.
There are some rules to abide by to keep feet healthy according to the podiatrist.
Daily hygiene and regular inspection are necessary to defense against fungal infections. When you are washing feet, use some soap. Do remember to dry them completely, which is a good way to prevent infection. Wash shoes that were worn in public places and shoes, socks should be changed at least once daily. Make sure toenails never extend beyond the tips of toe and clip them regularly. The shoes should be made of materials that breathe and buy right pairs of your size. Socks must be comfortable to wear. Disinfect pedicure tools regularly.
When you go to nail salon, make sure the tools attendants use are clean enough.
For people often go to gyms, they should dry their feet completely and wear clean socks after shower. Shower room and locker room are the breeding ground for many funguses.
